The Tiny Water House is available for occasional overnight use by members and class participants. Located within Afterguard’s secure marina, it offers a cozy and convenient place to rest, with more space and headroom than a typical class boat. Guests may also request to stay aboard a class boat or another available vessel at the same rates.
Secure parking for your vehicle is included.
Pricing
Members: $75 per night
Non-Members: $120 per night
A comfortable captain’s bed is positioned just across from the breezy companionway entrance. A few steps down, you’ll find a compact galley (kitchenette) that leads to a spacious head and shower. The salon includes a cleverly hidden foldout bed about the size of a large single, offering extra sleeping space when needed. For added convenience, shoreside restrooms and showers are just a short walk away, the blue building in the photo marks the facility.

Damage Policy
At Afterguard you are responsible for any damage to boats caused during your rental, up to the value of our insurance deductible.
