CANCELATION-RESCHEDULE OPTIONS

Course Refund/Reschedule Policy:

 

We recommend one of the Weekly Practice Sails or the 2-day Intro to sailing class outings prior to enrolling as a member. Make sure that sailing is your next passion and that reality of sailing and learning to sail to reach that dream is what you envision. There are no refunds, once you are committed to courses, scheduled or not.

 

If a course is scheduled, we can reschedule your enrollment with 1 week prior notice, to another time or day without a penalty or fee. If a special circumstance or emergency interrupts your enrollment plans we can reschedule, with 48hr notification if possible. If weather is not deemed conducive to a good learning experience, per the instructor or school, we work with students to reschedule, however this happens rarely. If your enrollment included package discounts, discounts that were not honored will be subtracted from a negotiated refund, if rescheduling is not an option due to health or other special circumstances.
