So glad it’s summer. In this warmer weather we are at it again. By special request, this Sunday, June 28th, you are invited to join us for a one day event. A perfectly sane person is going to once again jump in the Bay so we can sail back and pick him up. This particular event is at the group rate of only $50 pp. Normally $125. Life Sling with Modification Swift Rescue Sling
What the real focus is are a variety of ways to get someone back aboard. When it is not safe to use a stern ladder or if your boat does not have one there are options. Ever actually taken your Lifesling out of the bag? We use it. Actually we have a slight modification on the Lifesling, also a Swift Rescue, the technique called the Elevator is below. We have a modification on that as well.
Elevator is a way up to the deck. Just needs a bit of practice.
We always get our COB - the chase boats ensure it.
